Painter Ardean Rudolph

Ardean Rudolph is an artist who enjoys painting with oils, acrylics, and watercolor. She works on illustration board, canvas, and watercolor paper. The scope of her paintings run the gamut from landscapes, seascapes and old buildings to portraits, animals, and still lifes.

Rudolph says she paints “with whatever medium and surface seems right” for her latest inspiration. She admits that watercolor is perhaps her favorite medium to paint with, as its element of surprise is intriguing to her.

Her work may be seen at CrossRoads Gallery, Fiddler’s Crossing, Tehachapi Depot Museum, GTR Studio, and Dr. Fagan’s office, all located in Tehachapi
